(1) This contest is open only to Singapore permanent residents holding a valid driver's license.

(2) Displaying a "Be Spotted!" car decal does not necessarily qualify one as the winner. Driver must fulfill all criteria in order to be a qualified winner. This means the driver's car plate number must be listed as one of the three winning car plate numbers. Only than does he/she qualifies to win.

(3) The winning vehicle registration numbers of participants will be published on Singapore GP Pte Ltd's website at http://www.singaporegp.sg. Contest winners must claim their prizes by sending an email to marketing@singaporegp.sg before 14 September 2012 and collect their prizes before 23 September 2012.

(4) Unclaimed and uncollected prizes on 23 September 2012 shall be deemed to be forfeited.

(5) If a winner is unable to collect his/her prize personally, he/she may nominate a representative to collect the prize on his/her behalf. Such representative must present a letter from the winner authorizing him/her to collect the prize on his/her behalf and a photocopy of the winner's NRIC to claim the prize.

(6) Singapore GP Pte Ltd reserves the right to substitute any prize for another of equal value.

(7) Singapore GP Pte Ltd reserves the right to change, amend or withdraw any rule, part, or the whole of this contest without prior notice.
