Three-day early bird walkabout tickets sold out
24 April 2009

Singapore, 24 April 2009 - The S$168 three-day early bird walkabout tickets for the 2009 FORMULA 1 SINGTEL SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX are completely sold out just four days after being launched for general sale.

The remaining 50% of the inventory for this category will now be sold at the regular price of S$188.

Based on the current trend, we expect early bird single-day Walkabout tickets for both Saturday and Sunday to be sold out by the middle of next week, with early bird singleday Friday Walkabout tickets anticipated to be sold out by end of the week.

Sales for the Bay Grandstand are also very strong with only limited early bird inventory still available.

This high level of interest comes on the back of strong demand for the Esplanade Waterfront Grandstand, which reverted to regular pricing last week.
