Further Categories Sell-out Following Announcement of Entertainment Line-up for the 2010 FORMULA 1 SINGTEL SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX
19 August 2010

19 August 2010 – Since the entertainment line-up was announced last week, sale of the 2010 FORMULA 1 SINGTEL SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX tickets continue to be strong, with four categories of tickets now sold out. Fan’s response to this year’s star-studded line-up, which includes Mariah Carey, Missy Elliott, Daughtry, Adam Lambert, Sean Kingston, Raphael Saadiq and DJ Tiga, has also been extremely enthusiastic.

The three-day Zone 4 walkabout, Premier Walkabout, Republic Grandstand (Turn 3) and Connaught Grandstand are now sold out, while 95% of the Pit Grandstand tickets have also been taken up.

“The combination of international headliners, world-class acts and exciting track action really gives the 2010 FORMULA 1 SINGTEL SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX patrons great value for money. There truly isn’t anywhere else they can get such a diverse range of entertainment,” said Michael Roche, Executive Director of race promoter Singapore GP Pte Ltd.

“Having all of this in one location ultimately provides fans with a great way to enjoy the best of both worlds. With one race ticket, patrons can watch that day's headliners at the LG Live Padang stage and entertainment performances in their respective zone(s) for free. They will not need to purchase a separate concert ticket.”

Fans can now choose to purchase a single-day Zone 4 walkabout ticket (priced from S$38) to catch the wide repertoire of acts and the headliners at the LG Live at 2010 FORMULA 1 SINGTEL SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX for the 24th, 25th and 26th of September 2010. The stage is located within Zone 4 at the Padang and is accessible to all ticketholders.

Three-day grandstand passes are also available from S$298 for a Bay Grandstand. All grandstand ticketholders have access to the LG Live at 2010 FORMULA 1 SINGTEL SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX Padang stage.

Those who have purchased the 2010 FORMULA 1 SINGTEL SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX tickets are advised to regularly visit the official website, www.singaporegp.sg, for updates and detailed information on the entertainment line-up.
