Here are some practical tips to maximise your enjoyment and make the most out of the race weekend.
REVVING UP
Location
The Formula One Paddock Club™ is located within the Pit Building Complex on Republic Boulevard on the 2nd and 3rd stories.
Entrance to your suite is via the dedicated Formula One Paddock Club™ entrance and Formula One Paddock Club™ Lifestyle Area.
The exclusive air-conditioned Formula One Paddock Club™ suites offer views directly over the race garages, pit lane and start/finish straight. In addition, there are grandstand seats available to Formula One Paddock Club™ patrons overlooking the Pit Straight. These are accessible from the Lifestyle Area and the 3rd storey sky bridge.
On Arrival
Upon arrival at the National Stadium Car Park G or directly at the Formula One Paddock Club™, you will be welcomed by a member of the Formula One Paddock Club™ staff who will provide you with a personal wristband as an additional security measure which we request you wear throughout your day with us.
In the Formula One Paddock Club™ Lifestyle Area there will be an exclusive bar with live entertainment, a wellness centre, numerous food outlets and a merchandise area.
Warning: Guests with a pacemaker should approach security officials for assistance before going through security.
Tickets
All guests are required to wear the ticket and wristband of the corresponding day. Wristbands will be given upon arrival. Please check that the ticket is for the correct day. Singapore GP Pte Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who does not comply with this rule. After entry
to the circuit, tickets are non-transferable
for that day.
Operation Hours
The Circuit Park will be open from 3:00pm
to 12:30am daily, from Friday to Sunday
(23 to 25 September 2011).
The Formula One Paddock Club™ suites
will be open from 3:30pm to 12 midnight daily, from Friday to Sunday
(23 to 25 September 2011).
All bars will close half an hour prior to the closure of the Formula One Paddock Club™.
Dress Code
Smart casual attire is recommended.
For your safety, we recommend you
avoid wearing slippers or flip-flops.
What not to bring
For safety reasons, certain items are not permitted in the Circuit Park.
These items include:
- Any large or bulky items
- Corporate or commercial flags or branding
- Laser pointers
- Pets
- Articles prohibited by Singapore law (example: fireworks, flares, weapons, etc)
- Professional-use audio visual, television
or photographic equipment without
approved accreditation
Guests are not permitted to bring in food and beverages. Meals and an open bar are included in all Formula One Paddock Club™ packages.
Please note that smoking is not permitted in the Formula One Paddock Club™ and the pit lane. Smoking will only be permitted in designated zones at the outdoor Formula One Paddock Club™ Lifestyle Area.
Indemnity letter for children below 7
Any person under 12 years of age must
be accompanied and supervised at all times by his or her parent/guardian
who must also hold a valid ticket.
Children below the age of 7 will only
be admitted if the parent/guardian signs
a letter of undertaking to indemnify Singapore GP Pte Ltd from any liability. This letter can be obtained here, or our ticketing assistance counters at the Circuit Park.
Photography and Videography
By entering the Circuit Park, each guest
is deemed to have agreed and accepted that all sound and moving pictures
rights vest exclusively with Formula
One Administration Limited and that
any moving picture images originated,
filmed or recorded at any Grand Prix circuit shall not be used for commercial purposes and may only be used for
the private amateur enjoyment of the
person originating, filming or recording such images. |
