We are thrilled to have you join us at the 2011 FORMULA 1 SINGTEL SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX and look forward to making your experience a truly memorable one.

Here are some practical tips to maximise your enjoyment and make the most out of the race weekend.

REVVING UP

Tickets
All guests are required to wear the ticket and wristband of the corresponding day. The black wristband should be worn on the 23rd, silver on the 24th, and gold on the 25th of September. Please check that both the wristband and the ticket are for the correct day. Singapore GP Pte Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who does not comply with this rule. After entry to the circuit, tickets are non-transferable for that day.

For faster check-in, please ensure you are already wearing the correct ticket and corresponding wristband included in this pack – both MUST be worn to gain entry. As an additional security measure, we request that you wear both throughout your day with us. Lost your ticket? Call Corporate Ticketing at +65 8144 9221 to find out how to replace your lost ticket. Alternatively you can visit the Corporate Hospitality office at Gate 1.

Operation Hours
The Circuit Park will be open from 3:00pm to 12:30am daily, from Friday to Sunday (23 to 25 September 2011).

Hospitality Suites will be open from 4:00pm to 12 midnight daily, from Friday to Sunday (23 to 25 September 2011).

All bars will close half an hour prior to the closure of the Hospitality Suites.

Dress Code
Smart casual attire is recommended. For your safety, we recommend you avoid wearing slippers or flip-flops.

What not to bring
For safety reasons, certain items are not permitted in the Circuit Park.

These items include:
  • Any large or bulky items
  • Corporate or commercial flags or branding
  • Laser pointers
  • Pets
  • Articles prohibited by Singapore law (example: fireworks, flares, weapons, etc.)
  • Professional-use audio visual, television or photographic equipment without approved accreditation

Guests are not permitted to bring in food and beverage. The Hospitality experience includes meal services and an open bar.

Smoking is not permitted in the Hospitality Suites. Smoking will only be permitted in designated zones.

Indemnity letter for children below 7
Children below the age of seven (7) will only be admitted into a Dedicated Hospitality Suite if the parent/guardian signs a letter of undertaking to indemnify Singapore GP Pte Ltd from any liability. This letter can be obtained here, or our ticketing assistance counters at the Circuit Park. No child under the age of twelve (12) may enter The Green Room, Shared Sky and Shared Club Hospitality Suites without the prior written consent of Singapore GP.

Photography and Videography
By entering the Circuit Park, each guest is deemed to have agreed and accepted that all sound and moving pictures rights vest exclusively with Formula One Administration Limited and that any moving picture images originated, filmed or recorded at any Grand Prix circuit shall not be used for commercial purposes and may only be used for the private amateur enjoyment of the person originating, filming or recording such images.
