What provisions are there for persons with limited mobility?

Much of the Circuit Park is accessible to patrons in wheelchairs or with limited mobility. We recommend that you familiarise yourself with the limitations on access and movement due to the complex geography of this street circuit.
- There are numerous wheelchair accessible restrooms within the Circuit Park. Please refer to the Circuit Park Map for exact locations. Some restrooms are temporary (portaloo), others are located within our stakeholder’s premises (eg. within the Esplanade Theatres on the Bay). Wheelchair Accessible Platforms have a dedicated restroom next to the platform.
- In addition, patrons with mobility issues can access the wheelchair-accessible platform at the Padang in Zone 4 to catch the nightly concerts at the Padang Stage, on a first come, first serve basis.
Each customer on a wheelchair can have up to two companions on the Wheelchair Accessible Platform, who each have to purchase the same ticket for entry. These companions will be provided with seats beside the wheelchair slots on the wheelchair-accessible platforms.
Please note that whilst many areas within the Circuit Park are accessible, in many instances, the condition of several walkways as well as the Circuit Park's gates, barriers, overpasses and underpasses restrict access to various parts of the terrain on wheelchair. I am visually impaired. Can I enter the Circuit Park with my Guide Dog?
Visually impaired patrons are welcome to enter with Guide Dogs, but please inform us in advance here so that we can make provision at the gates to facilitate access.

What is the race weekend schedule?

What if there is heavy rain during the race? Will I get a refund?
The Singapore Grand Prix is a rain or shine event.
Ponchos are available for sale at Singapore Grand Prix Official Merchandise Booths and Information Booths.
In the event of inclement weather on any or all of the race days, the Event Organiser shall have the sole and absolute discretion to delay the race for that day, and if necessary, to cancel the race. The race may resume on the same day after such delay. Refunds will not be offered due to cancellation that is for reasons beyond the Event Organiser's control (please refer to Clause 2.3.1 of the Conditions of Sale & Entry).
What time should I arrive at the Circuit Park?
The Circuit Park will open from
- Friday, 20 September: 2:25pm to midnight
- Saturday, 21 September: 2:25pm to midnight
- Sunday, 22 September: 3:30pm to 12:10am

What if I feel unwell at the Circuit Park?
Should you feel unwell during the event, please proceed to the nearest First Aid Booth.
What if I lose something at the Circuit Park?
Approach our staff at the various Information Booths around the Circuit Park for any queries or requests on Lost and Found Items.
Do note that we are unable to retrieve items under the Grandstands until after the day’s activities.
What to wear?
Comfort is key. Dress to keep cool in Singapore’s balmy weather and put on sunblock.
Put on a comfortable pair of walking shoes to explore the Circuit Park, from the on-track action to exciting performances by international and local artistes to an exciting selection of entertainment, merchandise, as well as food and beverage on offer.
What to bring?
- Bag checks will be conducted at all gates. Pack light for a speedy clearance during the security screening.
- We recommend bringing cash as only selected vendors accept credit card payment. ATMs which accept most local and international cards are located around the Circuit Park.
What not to bring?
- Patrons are not permitted to bring in their own food and beverages, except for one clear plastic bottle of soft drink or mineral water of not more than 600ml per person.
- For safety reasons, certain items are not permitted into the Circuit Park. These include:
- Bulky items (e.g. folding chairs, bicycles and scooters)
- Remote controlled crafts and drones*
- Corporate / brand-specific flags
- Laser pointers
- Articles prohibited by Singapore law (e.g. fireworks, flares and weapons)
- Videography or photography equipment for professional use
*Establishment of Temporary Restricted Area for the Conduct of Aerial Activities during Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2019: Please note that all unauthorized aerial activities (such as flying of drones and kite-flying) are not allowed within and around the Marina Bay Street Circuit from 20 - 22 Sep. - To avoid hindering patrons' view of the race and to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone, please refrain from using the following items at Grandstands, Viewing Platforms and the Padang Stage fanzone:
- Selfie Sticks
- Flag Poles
- Cameras with telephoto lenses
- Umbrellas are only allowed for use on Grandstands if it rains heavily. They can’t be used on Grandstand for sun protection as it obstructs the view of other patrons.

Do I need anything special to bring my kid into the Circuit Park?
Children under the age of 7 are required to have a signed indemnity agreement for admission into the Circuit Park. The indemnity form can be obtained at the gates or here. The signed indemnity form must be given to the staff at the gates prior to entry.
What is there to eat in the Circuit Park?
Go on a gastronomic adventure with the wide range of restaurants and bars at Market Street (Zone 1), Uptown under the Bay Grandstand (Zone 3), as well as the Portside Hawkers and Dockside Hawkers (Zone 4).
Food options for vegetarian and halal guests are also available.
What can I do inside the Circuit Park?

Try out various fun activities across all zones – race simulators, Pit Stop Challenge where fans can change the tyres of a replica Formula 1® car, complimentary Airbrush Tattoo booths and a myriad of roving entertainment and photo opportunities await!
CONCERTS AND MUSIC PERFORMANCES
An eclectic line-up of DJs and bands are set to keep your hearts racing as they take to the stage in Uptown, located at the undercroft of Bay Grandstand in Zone 3. Dance the night away or chill out with a cold drink at the bars and restaurants in the area or challenge yourself at the exciting interactive game kiosks.
Go early to secure a spot in the Fan Zone to get up-close to your favorite Padang Stage artistes. Entry to the Fan Zone is on a first come, first served basis from when the gates open. Do note that you can exit the Fan Zone at any time, however you may not be able to re-enter once the Fan Zone has reached its maximum capacity.
ENJOY FIREWORKS DISPLAY
Get your cameras ready – look out for a spectacular fireworks display that will light up the Marina Bay skyline once the chequered flag is waved on Sunday!
Where can I buy official merchandise?
Official Singapore Grand Prix and Formula 1® Team merchandises are available for sale at merchandise stores located throughout the Circuit Park.
You can also purchase official merchandise at four World of Sports Outlets - VivoCity, Paragon, The Shopppes Marina Bay Sands (Sports Town) and Suntec City.

Can I bring my camera into the Circuit Park?
Still cameras with lenses not more than 100mm in focal length are generally allowed in the circuit park. However, do be mindful of other patrons’ enjoyment of the race when using the camera.
Please also note that all images taken in the circuit park are strictly for personal enjoyment only. They are not allowed to be used for commercial purposes.

What can I redeem with my points on the Singapore GP App?
To view a list of vouchers available for redemption, click on “Profile” (right-most icon on the bottom navigation bar), and click on “Convert Points”.
Prizes and vouchers are released periodically. Check back frequently and turn on notifications to be the first to know when new rewards are available.
Vouchers are available on a first-come-first-serve basis and must be redeemed by the stipulated date.
I’ve redeemed vouchers but have yet to receive a confirmation email.
A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address by the stipulated expiry date of the voucher.
If you have successfully redeemed a voucher on the Singapore GP app, it will appear in your “My Vouchers” page (accessible via the top left menu icon, under “My Vouchers”).
How can I collect my prize?
Details on prize redemption and/or collection will be provided in the confirmation email.
The ticket information displayed is incorrect / I am unable to add events to my schedule.
This may occur if the app is closed prematurely when you input or update your ticket information.
To resolve the issue, simply follow the steps below -
- On the bottom navigation bar, tap on “Profile”
- Scroll to “Ticket Information” and check that it displays the correct tickets you are holding.
- If the information is correct,
- Logout by scrolling down to the bottom of the “Profile” screen and tap on “Logout from Account” before logging in again.
- If it does not reflect your selected tickets,
- Tap on the edit icon beside “Ticket Information”
- Select your tickets
- Tap on “Save”.
- If the information is correct,
After tapping on ‘Save’, do ensure that the page has returned to the “Profile” screen before you exit the app.
Can I use the Singapore GP app without internet connection?
The following features currently supports offline mode:

Do note that you will not be able to receive push notifications while in offline mode.

What contests are there?
How do I know if I’ve won a contest?
Winners will be contacted directly by Singapore GP via their submitted particulars.
I won passes to the Drivers’ Autograph Session and Thursday Pit Lane Experience. Can I attend both?
As both sessions will take place at the same time on Thursday, 19 September, winners are only allowed to attend either one of the sessions. Due to security reasons, guests attending the Drivers’ Autograph Session will be escorted into and out of the event venue and will not be allowed to enter the Circuit Park directly from the event venue.
Why are some of the Artiste Meet & Greet sessions held at the same time as another performance/track activity?
The Meet & Greet session is subject to the artistes’ availability and timings are scheduled by the artiste management. We will not be able to change the session to a different time slot.
I won a prize but am unable to redeem it. Can I transfer the prize to someone else?
Prizes are non-transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other benefit in kind. All prizes must be collected personally; unclaimed and uncollected prizes will be forfeited.
Unless otherwise stated, winners shall bear his/her own costs and expenses incurred and or/arising from his/her participation in the Contest. This includes any flight, accommodation and travel costs associated with the redemption of prizes.
When is the latest that I will receive my tickets?
If you have bought your tickets through the Singapore GP website or through SISTIC, and opted to collect your tickets personally, you will receive an email regarding ticket collection details in August 2019.
If you have opted to have your tickets couriered to you, you can expect to receive them at the address provided by you from August 2019 onwards.

What type of payment do you accept?
You can purchase your tickets by Credit Card (Union Pay, JCB, Diners Club, American Express, VISA and MasterCard) or by Alipay.
How much is the booking fee?
A fee will apply for the collection or delivery of Tickets (on a per transaction basis). In addition, an administrative charge of S$20 per ticket will apply for the replacement of a lost Ticket.
Will I be able to see the race clearly, without any obstruction, with my walkabout tickets?
Spectators in the walkabout areas can in some areas get closer to the cars than the spectators in grandstand seats, as it is possible for walkabout spectators to stand about 3 or 4 metres away from the edge of the track at certain locations.
The concrete and triple guardrail that makes up the lower portion of the barrier is only a metre tall. The rest of the protection consists of a steel wire mesh fence that you can see through clearly.
To ensure that spectators get a great view of the race, there will be a number of bleachers located along some of the prime trackside viewing locations for the benefit of walkabout patrons. However, we cannot guarantee completely unobstructed views from all locations due to the nature of a street circuit.
Is there a limit to how many tickets I can purchase?
Each person can buy up to 12 Grandstand, Combination Package or Premier Walkabout tickets or Zone 4 Walkabout tickets per transaction.

Where can I buy tickets?
Are there any discounts for children?
Patrons aged 16 and below can enjoy up to 50% discount on regular price for 3-day Pit Grandstand and 3-day Stamford Grandstand tickets.
SGPPL strongly advises that children under the age of seven (7) should not attend the Race for safety and operational reasons. Children below the age of seven (7) will only be admitted if the parent/guardian signs a Form of Release, Waiver & Discharge of Liability And Indemnity Agreement. This form can be obtained from this link or our ticketing counters at the Circuit Park. For the avoidance of doubt, all persons regardless of age must have a valid Ticket to enter the Circuit Park.
What is included in the ticket price published on the website?
All ticket prices are inclusive of the prevailing rate of Goods & Services Tax but exclude the delivery or collection charges. Additional charges are listed below:
Are the tickets transferable?
Each pass in a three-day ticket may be used by a different patron. However, please note that tickets are non-transferable on the day or during the day of presentation.
Can I choose seats from the seating plans within a grandstand?
You may choose your preferred grandstand and block but not the individual seats within that grandstand. The computerised ticketing system allocates seats on a best available basis at the time of purchase. This means that when you buy the tickets, you will get the best seats available at that point of time. For assistance, you can call our customer service officers at +65 6738 6738.
Do I need to buy a separate ticket for the concerts at the Padang Stage?
All FORMULA 1 SINGAPORE AIRLINES SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX 2019 ticketholders will be able to catch the headlining concerts at the Padang Stage in Zone 4, as long as your ticket corresponds to the date of the concert. For example, you must hold a Friday race ticket to enable you to catch the concerts taking place on Friday. A separate ticket is not required.
Can I change my ticket?

I saw a lower price on another website. Are the tickets valid?
Official FORMULA 1 SINGAPORE AIRLINES SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX 2019 tickets can only be sold via the Singapore GP website and Singapore GP’s authorised ticketing partners. If you see lower prices advertised elsewhere, these tickets are likely to be from unauthorised resellers, or may potentially be fraudulent tickets. Are tickets sold by external parties or other websites valid?
Only Singapore GP’s authorised ticketing partners are permitted to sell FORMULA 1 SINGAPORE AIRLINES SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX 2019 tickets. For a list of authorised ticketing partners, click here.
Tickets sold by unauthorised resellers online or outside of the Circuit Park will be void.
Does my child require a ticket?
All patrons, including children, must have a valid ticket for entry.
What should I do if my tickets are lost, destroyed or stolen?
SGPPL is not obliged to replace a Ticket under any circumstances, including but not limited to, loss or theft of the Ticket. SGPPL may, however, in its sole and absolute discretion and subject to the payment of a fee to cover administrative costs, agree to replace a Ticket which has been lost or stolen.
