Race Promoter Singapore GP Pte Ltd invites interested companies to tender for the provision of works required in the establishment, installation, maintenance and dismantling works for the Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2024. The following packages are available for tender:

Race Promoter Singapore GP Pte Ltd (SGP) invites interested companies to tender for the Design and Construction of a Storage Facility at Kranji Way and Demolition of Existing Tampines Storage Facility.
Eligibility Criteria of Tenderer:
- CW01 General Building and CW02 Civil Engineering, minimum financial grade B2
- CR08 Piling Works, to meet financial grade L6 requirement
- Mechanical and Electrical works, minimum financial grade L5
- Completed at least one demolition project within past 3 year
Collection and Submission of Documents:
1. Tenderers are required to arrange for an authorised representative to sign and endorse with company’s stamp a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) from the office of:

2. The validity period for this Request for Tender is 180 calendar days.
3. The closing date for submission is 17 May 2024, Friday, 5.00pm (Singapore Time).
A non-refundable tender fee of S$100 per tender package must be submitted via bank transfer. Cash payment for the tender fee is not accepted.

Upon receiving the signed NDA and tender fee, companies will receive an email from Procore to review and download tender documents.
A compulsory tender briefing and site show round will be held as per the date, time and address listed below. Number of tender briefing attendees will be limited to 2 person per company.
- Tender briefing will be held at the above listed address on 18 April 2024 Thursday at 2.30 pm.
- Site show round location on 19 April 2024 as follows:
91 Kranji Way at 10.00am
F1 storage yard at 9 Tampines Industrial Ave 4 at 2.00pm
Tender submissions are to be submitted on or before the tender closing date on Procore.
SGP reserves the right to withdraw from this tender invitation notice before its acceptance of any tender offer and is not bound to accept the lowest or the whole of any tender offer; reserves its right to reject any tender offer and is under no obligation to disclose any tender offer or its particulars to any party.
All expenses incurred in connection with the tender are to be borne by tenderers.
