Marketing Administrative Executive (March - December 2024)

The successful applicant will be reporting to the department head and will work alongside teams under the department head (i.e. Marketing, Creative, Merchandise and Sustainability).

Overview of responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the teams under the department head.
  • Tracking of overall department’s expenses.
  • Manage calendars and coordinate meeting schedules with internal departments, external vendors and agencies.
  • Coordinate pre- and post-race requirements such as hotel bookings, transport, logistics, accreditation and catering for the department and stakeholders.
  • Manage premium/prizes inventory and assist in contest fulfilment.
  • Assist on planning and execution of select on-ground activities.
  • Track and manage department’s warehouse assets.
  • Support any other business’ projects that teams takes on.

Key Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma qualification.
  • At least one year of working experience in a marketing role.
  • Experience in managing and scheduling hotel and airflight bookings.
  • Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and effectively communicate project status.
  • IT-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially in Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, additional language will be an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Multi-tasker with excellent time management and job prioritization.
  • Meticulous with a strong attention to detail is a must.
  • Responsible and able to work independently as well as be an effective team player.
  • Adaptable in a dynamic work environment.

Ticketing & Accreditation Coordinator ( 2 May / 1 June - 27 September 2024 )

In this role, you will:

  • Assist the ticketing/accreditation team in managing in-house ticketing/accreditation operations.
  • Provide sales and logistics support for ticket orders from corporate groups and VIP clients.
  • Work with key partners and stakeholders to ensure all qualified personnel are accredited with the proper access passes and decals.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimally a diploma or degree holder. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong team player who is proactive, meticulous, resourceful and willing to learn.
  • Able to work under deadline pressure, quick thinker and an effective problem solver.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word).
  • Willing to work long hours, on shift and weekends.
